Terms of Service

A plain summary of what the terms will say. This is not the agreement itself.

ReginForge is 16+

You must be at least 16 to create an account. We ask for your date of birth at registration.

Virtual items and currency

• Currency and items are a licence to use them inside ReginForge. They are not property.
• Currency flows one way. It cannot be exchanged or converted back into money, by us or by anyone. There is no mechanism for this and there will not be one.
• Buying or selling accounts, currency, items, or plots for real money is prohibited, on any platform, and we enforce it.
• No loot boxes and no gambling. We do not sell randomised bundles and we do not offer games of chance. This is permanent, not a description of the current version.

Conduct

Harassment, sexual content, hate speech, impersonation, scams, and uploading content you do not have the rights to are all prohibited. We moderate to a PG-13 standard.

Moderation and appeals

If we act against your account or your content we will tell you what we did and why, and you can appeal. Appeals are reviewed by a person.

Refunds

Purchases are not available yet. When they are: EU and UK customers keep the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, cancelling a subscription takes no more clicks than starting one, and we refund duplicate charges without argument.
